This very popular grape produces a wine with very fruity, yet spicy characteristics. Pinot Noir has a velvety flavour that is met with a fullness of aroma resembling black currants. This wine develops further complexity if aged.

The Pinot Noir wine kit comes with everything you need to make 6 gallons (which will result in approx. 30 750ml bottles) of finished wine. This kit includes:

• Juice/grape Concentrate (7.5L)
• Yeast
• Stabilizers
• Clarifying Agents
• Oak (only if the style calls for it)
• Full Set of Instructions

This is a 7.5 litre kit which will allow you to make 30 bottles of wine in 4 weeks. Bottles not included.
