Because it is chlorine free it is safer on stainless steel filter cartridges.

Oxyper is stabilised sodium percarbonate which combines the properties of sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide. It is an odourless, crystalline, white powder and when dissolved in water it becomes a highly effective cleaning and sanitising agent.

It decomposes into oxygen and sodium carbonate making it a biodegradeable  and environmetally safe choice.

Usage rate 0.5 - 1.0% dissolved in water. Soak filter

Cartridges and rinse until clean. Dry cartridges to store.
