This unit is a very accurate food grade professional thermometer, in a heavy duty instrument case this unit has plug in K Probes and the probes are easily replaceable or can be made to order to suit your application. Suits all industrial, scientific, refrigeration and cooking applications.

Auto power off and ambient temperature compensated.
Displays temperatures to 0.1C.
Temperature range for the unit is from: -200 up to +1300C.  (depending on probe purchased) Accuracy 1.0C.

and 1 stainless steel spear type food probe TPK -02. Type K thermocouple temperature probe. Max temp 200C Stainless steel probe 150mm long. 3mm diameter.  Plastic handle and 1 metre long cable. Medium response time.
