Samuel Willard’s yeasts are specially formulated for Australian conditions to tolerate high heat and humidity. They are Urea free and each foil pack will produce a wash with a Specific Gravity (SG) .980~990 or approximately 20% ABV produced from 8 kg of cane sugar in 4-5 days.
Each packet can produce 14% ABV in 48 hours from 6KG of sugar, or 20% ABV in 4~5 days from 8KG of Sugar.
