The special KAC series of sheets, with high carbon contents of 45%, retain fatty acids, decolourise and deodorise the product. They are also highly valued for rounding off taste and reducing astringency in certain beverages.

These filter sheets are in accordance with the XXXVI Recommendation of German Regulation BgVV about paper and board designed for foodstuffs use and are in line with Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
These filter sheets are Kosher Parve all year, including Pesach.
