'NOBILE' FRESH:  NATURAL FRENCH OAK CHIPS  contribute natural oak aromatics without a toasty finish. Derived from fresh wood of french oak (air dried).

The colour of the chip are light cream/beige

Olfactory descriptor: coconut, apricot, peach, and green tea  adding  freshness and suppleness to wines.

Doseage 5gm per litre. Direct maceration into the wine for about 15 days before the finishing stage.
