Pinot Gris winemaking kit:

Refreshing and light-bodied, this wine shows green apple, pear and honeydew, drinking well while still young. Great with lighter foods, peppered white fish, and creamy cheeses. 

This  wine kit comes with everything you need to make 6 gallons (which will result in approx. 30x 750ml bottles) of finished wine. This kit includes:

• Juice/grape  Concentrate (7.5L)
• Yeast
• Stabilizers
• Clarifying Agents
• Oak (only if the style calls for it)
• Full Set of Instructions

This is a 7.5 litre kit which will allow you to make 30 bottles of wine in 4 weeks. Bottles not included.
