A genuine top fermenting Kveik strain from Voss, Norway. It features very fast fermentation at warm temperature range with complete final attenuation within 48 to 72 hours and an outstanding flocculation ability. For typical Norwegian Farmhouse ales plus a wide range of classic and contemporary ale styles including American West and East Coast IPA and NEIPA, pale ales, blondes and lagers.
